Требования: |
Provide business development and sales support for solutions, including communicating with UK- and US-based global R&D, Product Management and Customer Support regarding regional opportunities and product improvements. Provide technical training and support to partners and end users on how to install and use solutions and execute any support services contracted with them. Support global customers using online back-office system as part of the Global Customer Support Team. Requirements Degree in a technical field, 5+experience in supporting software-based systems or LAN networks (knowledge of structured cabling required), understanding of routers, Layer 3 switches, and .Net tech in a MS Windows environment. Must be self-directed and able to support sales to customer’s senior management as well as support that account post-sale. Fluent English. NETWORK/MCSE certification a plus. Company, leading one-source supplier of interconnect products (connectors, сable, sockets etc.) |
